Has anyone considered the evidence from her social media? One of her status updates says "I've got so much to prove and such little time." Such little time? This has to be significant. Could she have known that someone was after her? Did she know someone was going to kill her?
Or was she planning something herself!?!?!

Another random thought: what if Lucy was killed with the sole intention of hurting someone else? I can't think of anyone, bar Whitney, who had clear reason to hate Lucy. I still don't think it's her, but it would at least make sense.

I think Peter would be pretty annoyed that despite always being the good twin whilst Lucy did everything in her power to be a little shit, Ian still preferred her.

If Peter or Ian did it it would obviously be emotional to the max. If Jane, not so much.
You sure about that?

The woman that was a massive part of the final ten years in Lucy's life. The woman that was married to Lucy's dad for the best part of five years. The woman that has featured in a number of high profile stories alongside Lucy: the rebellion stage, Steven-gate, the abortion of Leon's baby, etc. The woman that is about to marry Lucy's dad on the day that we discover the identity of Lucy's killer.

Jane might have been an awful mother to Lucy, Peter and Bobby over the years - but there is no denying that she has been one of the most important figures in Lucy's life. Whether or not she was a stable one!

My heart says Cindy but my head says Jane I don't know what to go with. We haven't seen much of Cindy but she looked a bit suspicious on New Years Day and Jane looked suspicious a couple of times and we didn't see Jane and Cindy's reaction when Emma died plus when Emma said don't start negotiating maybe Cindy was going on about Beth then.

I think she definitely knew someone was gunning for her. The message on her social media account "so much to prove and such little time" cannot be coincidental.

I agree, there's something very sad about the thought of a woman who has always wanted kids of her own killing the closest thing she had to a daughter.

So Jay and Lucy did interact face to face after they got off the bus then. That's interesting.

Well, Abi caught her and Max snogging, so I'd think Abi would be pretty angry about that.

Looking at the still of Peter in the car,
Spoiler: click to toggle

Wonder if Lucy ran into Ian and Rainie on the Common?

Few more filming pics, looks like Peter May be doing a deal unless it's just a set car.

Could they be fake scenes filmed to make us think they part of the flashbacks as well. To trick us. Would not surprise me considering I imagine some of the flashback stuff has already probably been filmed months ago,

Or Jay and Lucy didn't talk so it could be Jamie Borthwick and Hetti Bywater chatting between scenes?! OK judging by the pictures that's doubtful

Anniversary week press release spoilers are due any time [though I imagine them to be pretty vague!]

I've thought for a long time that the killer was Phil, let's wait and see.... :)

Pretty sure it's one of the 14 that we saw possibly receive a text on NYD.

Ian, Jane, Denise, Cindy, Peter, Max, Abi, Lauren, Jay, Ben, Whitney, Lee, Pam and Les.

Of that list I think Lauren has been near enough ruled out since then. Pam and Les would be ridiculous. I can't see it being Lee, or Jay. Denise I think will be heavily involved in other stories like Kims birth.

For me, that leaves Ian, Jane, Cindy, Peter, Max, Abi, Ben and Whitney.

Peter i'm not sure about, with Ben Hardy leaving. I think the killer will have a lot of scenes to do before they get the consequences, if they ever do.

So i'm down to 7, maybe 8.

Who did you vote for? I voted for Jane. I was stuck between Jane and Cindy but I think for the big impact on the family Jane would be perfect and I don't think Cindy would be a huge impact if she is a murderer but I was thinking all day yesterday between Jane and Cindy
