Still waiting for clearance to be able to make my announcement. It's not that big. It's weird and will make you laugh x

I've got no idea what Lauren's going to find out. It must be something Emma wrote down ages ago without realising it was important until the day she worked out the murderer. It also needs to be something that would make sense to Lauren, who may not have heard whatever Emma heard. Unless it's something separate that Emma wrote down after working out who the murderer was.

Emma was sure she was right, so it can't just be about Jane's car.

Could the announcement be Tanya is back long term? Abi can't be left with just her Nan,

I doubt it. I can't imagine Jake saying that it would be weird and make us laugh if it were Tanya's full-time return. Honestly, I don't think it has anything to do with EastEnders.

But Jane gave Lauren her alibi as such because she saw her at the beales door. If it's revealed the paper mentions Janes car not there/Jane was out at that time Lauren will know Jane couldn't possibly have seen her.

It's probably that he's doing a date of the Strictly tour or something. I wouldn't get that excited.

I don't see why that would convince Emma that Jane was the murderer though. From Emma's point of view, Jane could have been telling the truth with someone else using her car, or she could have lied about where she was for reasons nothing to do with the murder (like Ian), and be covering for Lauren as she thought Lauren did it. Knowing the car wasn't there could definitely lead to the police being suspicious and asking Jane about it, but I don't think it would make it obvious Jane killed Lucy. We know about the car and we're still not sure!

It seems most likely to be someone close to her, who will be more nnocent and just as much of a victim in a way, and we'll be made to feel extremely sorry for so it's a double tragedy.

I dont care if the killer knows they killed her or not. Fact is, she is dead, the killer would have found that out in the day or two after it happened and they still didnt come forward. I hope they throw the book at them.
Just livin' in perfect New Zealand!

I assume she recognises the number, but I'm not quite sure how it proves it's the murderer's number.

Surely if Lauren stays quiet it has to be someone close to her- Max, Abi, Peter or Whitney.

This time fortnight we will know who killed Lucy. The dust will be settling and the forum will probably go into meltdown.

Somebody should have told Emma and Lauren that 14 digit numbers don't exist!

I've just realised that's not a mobile number. I can't think how she's know who the murderer was if it was a house. Maybe the car lot or the restaurant?

Is that 8 O C? I thought that bit was separate from the number.

That did not look like a phone number when Lauren pieced those bits of paper together - interested to see where this one goes.

I don't think we will know till the end of the flashback the whole truth simply because otherwise the flashback will be pointless.

Did we see Emma writing it down or did I imagine that? And surely it wasn't Max or Abi as she'd have their mobile numbers and ring them? It's definitely a number not including the 80C (or 8OC).

Perhaps when you see Lucy leaning against the wall on Good Friday episode - that house number tried to call her and she didn't respond to it. Lucy left her house at 7.57 looking for peter.. then got on the bus at 8.05. Then London house number makes a call around the time of 8.00 O clock? For instance if that were the Beal's house number it wouldn't actually make sense because she exits minutes beforehand.

The more and more I think about it, it could be Nick. Yes, he's not in the 14 suspects, but Dom loves to shock and surprise viewers and may have the mentality of he killed old Reg Cox in his armchair 30 years ago, and Eddie Royle in the early 90s and now Lucy Beale. I wouldn't completely rule it out.
