I still think Its Lauren. She's been quiet since the phone number discovery, plus she keeps glancing at Peter as if she doesn't want him to know.

Ooh you know what, I think this story's going to end with a twist on a twist.

I think Peter thinks he killed Lucy, and Jane covered it up thinking Peter did it. But what if the real killer, enter Whitney, struck the final blow in the meantime? Very much a Zoe/Den/Chrissie redux but this time no Sam to see what happened.
I've been thinking there will probably be at least 3 groups of people involved and a long chain of events.

The only thing is it would be a bit of cop-out if we're made to believe two other people did it first. At least it would annoy me. But I'm sure they'll be looking to tease us as much as possible.

Ben got a text from Sharon tonight and his mobile is set to the same beeping noise that was heard when Emma sent her own on New years day. Red herring or not? Plenty of smoke and mirrors going on tonight of course.
I don't think he's the killer. (I reckon it's peter) I just wonder if it was him Emma met in the park. Or it was Jane who (according to my four point theory of JaneXBenXPeterXMax) informed her of Ben's accidental involvement and he'd go down along with the culprit as he had helped obstruct justice..? Perhaps Emma felt guilty and was letting Ben know his fate. Dominic Tread-Well said they would pull some shade in the year and gimmick us. He said that around new years so I was sure at the time that they'd do it on the first day of the year... Also there's the mystery number that -possibly- links Ben/Jay/ Abi or pretty much anyone to the arches since Thursday. Coincidence..?
Psst nothing in Eastenders is a coincidence! Silly theory though. ¬_¬

I think if one person confessed on Thursday and then the flashback the same day revealed it was someone else, that wouldn't be too bad. In fact I can see it happening. With all the new focus on social media i can imagine dtc sitting at his laptop rubbing his hands with glee watching twitter go crazy with ee stuff, only for after the flashback for everyone to go crazy all over again.

It's part of the reason why I believe grant coming back would be a big deal for dtc, he would love to sit back and watch the chaos, I just get that vibe about him.

Yeah, that's definitely her final moment.

It also pretty much confirms my theory that Lucy was about to leave Walford for a fresh start before she died. She has a notepad on her lap - she's writing a goodbye note. Also note that the jewllery box is beside her on the sofa.

Jane.
Was just about to post the photo from
http://www.express.co.uk/news/showbiz/557116/EastEnders-Lucy-Beale-murder-bets-10million?utm_source=dlvr.it&utm_medium=twitter

But I think you have all seen it!

I think, well am 100% positive that's her handbag, but her earring is missing and I thought the same thing about the pad!

And she would be cold from her travels without her coat so the blanket adds up to...

It certainly points to her looking her killer in the face from her expression... Maybe not though, who bloody knows ^o)

Wow... Fever pitch!

Keep going back to comments from writers saying "unguessable twists" etc... If they are then do we have the wrong or obscured clues?!

The Peter theory is gaining much more weight but is it going to be another red herring?

Looks like it is replacing the recent popularity of the Denise theory... Which replaced the Jane theory

So confusing!!! The Ben and Jay scenario also gaining pace...

Any could be true and appear to be signed sealed delivered then "last minute" the rug is pulled

So exciting!!!!!

My instinct tells me Ian, but my mind tells me Peter. I don't think I can really decide. Just as long as it's no one else.

Who Killed Lucy has made the FRONT COVER of Heat Magazine. It's moments like these that I have to pinch myself to remind me that we're not in 2013 any more.

I don't want it to be Peter though it probably will be at least I am getting that feeling.

Cindy I's children are dropping like flies: Lucy is dead, Steven is exiled from the Square, Peter will be also. We only have Cindy II left.

From pics of the flashback what is Abi telling Max. We saw her tell him she knew of the affair after the Lucy died and he looked shocked. If he knew before that Abi knew then why did she bring it up. She can't be the murderer then.

I don't think Jane is the killer. Its now become too obvious. Everything is pointing to her which means it won't be.

Controversial maybe but I'm thinking Jane did indeed cover the whole thing up, not for Ian or Peter but for............

Bobby!!

I can't shake this feeling that its going to be him. The actor playing him now has extensive west end experience so should be able to cope with live TV easy.

:D

He was one of the favourites to be killer recently. Shorter odds than people on the list of 14. Bizarre.

When the producer jumps in the air, it's because he thinks the shark is underneath him.

I think this is how it will go down.

What I believe happened is that Bobby lashed out after a mini argument where he blamed Lucy for always causing problems and at some point hit her, maybe just by a slap or a push with Lucy hitting her head again. I think Bobby may have then ran out and because of the head injury from earlier in the week Lucy collapsed. Jane saw Bobby running away and went inside to see what had happened and discovered Lucy dead. I reckon she died in the kitchen while her music box was playing. I also have a feeling that Lauren will knock at the Beale door but walk away, the irony being that had she gone in Lucy's wouldn't have been killed and to make it even more dramatic, I think Denise may have slept through the whole thing unaware of what was taking place downstairs! lol
