I'm 100% sure Denise involved now. Just a gut feeling, and I've heard a few people saying the same thing! |

They really are working hard on this storyline to make it engaging both on the emotional level and an intriguing mystery but what makes this story brilliant is that it isn't detracting from other stories alongside it.

Agree with this. whitney made a comment about why the paper bothered to print that lucy was blonde ad her hair colour didnt matter, lauren has also mentioned the matching suits on a few occasions;, mentioning it was lucys idea. perhaps thats how the key fits in after all? It would be a curveball. |

Can you believe a whole month has gone by since Lucy's death? I think it goes to show that although 'ten months' sounds like a long time, it will actually pass by pretty quickly, especially when you consider that we haven't even really properly got going with it yet. |

I don't really have a problem with having to wait ten months. If I thought nothing interesting was going to happen between now and then I'd be more concerned but hopefully that's not the case. Something occurred to be earlier. Perhaps Ben will turn up with a tattoo on the back of his neck. |

My gut feeling is still telling me it's Whitney or possibly Denise. I'm almost certain it's not Abi anymore. I think her knowing about Max and Lucy's fling is just a red herring and I think it's too early in the storyline for the 'killer' to be revealed. I understand where people are coming from, could this have been the affair of 'the straw that broke the camel's back?" for Abi, but I just don't see her as a killer. I also wouldn't rule out a Carter. Dom loves the Carters. |

No I don't want any of my Carters to be a killer- if one of them did then I'd rather see him/her fleeing the country lol. |

On the One Show Adam was saying, it might be possible somehow that the viewers might find out the killer before the cast do? Perhaps the reveal mightn't be someone speaking out the reveal but something else like a note or CCTV evidence etc. Hmm... |

Now that we know of Sharon's upcoming story, do we think this is related to Lucy as it seems to be or is this a separate story arc? Whoever does attack Sharon and is related to Lucy they are becoming more and more erratic and risky with their behaviour as it's becoming far closer to home. I also think it's a male now rather than a female - Lucy was a frail little creature whereby even an ant could have killed her but Sharon on the other hand is more of a built and larger woman which I think would be harder to take down by another woman without much of a altercation.

Revenge Is A Dish Best Served Cold

If Sharon's attacker is the killer then I'm going to say Aleks. Can't think who else would be targeting blonde women. Plus didn't the actor say he had two sides to his character like Bruce Wayne? we have yet to see this on screen. Although Bruce Wayne was a good guy so the comparison seems odd. Its interesting how its possibly going down the serial killer route now. Never saw this coming although I did think another death would happen. |

If we are indeed looking at a potential serial killer maybe we should have another read of that 'leak'... I hope that was just fanfiction though. Sharon and Phil start to doubt Jake's guilt in the coming weeks so until suggested otherwise I think this is connected. This is really shaping up to be so much more than the usual whodunnit. Nothing's clear cut and there are so many unanswered questions running underneath the main mystery of Lucy's killer: Who attacks Sharon? Who wrote the funeral card? Why did Whitney delete her messages to Lucy? Where was Ian that night? Who gave Lucy the drugs? What was used to kill Lucy? Does the killer know they're responsible? Who dumped the body? I'm loving every minute. |

| "I loved it in the Olden Days because you talked more. There’s more action now. You know, we would do scenes in the Rovers of me, Bet and Doris Speed with a cup of coffee each before we opened the pub, talking about absolute rubbish. But it was something, and it was what people do." - Betty Driver | |

Don't underestimate adrenalin. Stacey was lightly built, yet she managed to lift the Queen Vic bust and brain Archie with it. If Sharon's attacked from behind, which is implied, not only will she not see her assailant, she'll have no defence. A person's skull is very fragile, veinous and only covered by a thin layer of skin. Easy enough to crack if you're hit with the right object. Tiff could walk up behind Sharon, were she sitting down, wielding a baseball bat and knock her dead. Size doesn't matter. Edited by Mrs Peel, 21 May 2014, 17:11.

Eyes up, Guardian.

He was a suave businessman by day and the Caped Crusader by night. I really hope the actor's not just speaking in metaphors and the cumulation of the Lucy story is his alter ego delivering swift vigilante justice on the streets of Walford. |
