I doubt Lucy died in the Beale house. The day after Lucy was killed, the police went to the Beales and went through the house thoroughly. Minor traces of blood were found in Jake's flat but not enough to suggest she died there and if she was killed in the Beale house, there would be traces. It was probably Cindy being melodramatic. I thinks she died somewhere on the Square though. Edited by Dan, 3 Jan 2015, 11:48.

23:53pm Walford Common CCTV footage: I counted four cars, so did the killer drive there to get rid of Lucy's body? I'm not sure what's the distance between Walford Common and Albert Square...and how long to drive/walk there....and back. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=86fNi6a-1jk Edited by North Korea, 3 Jan 2015, 11:54.

It's a bit odd that Billy isn't in the mix when there is still a bit of an open end to his part of the story. |

If the pub shut at half 11 (was it? It does say on the case file) and thr common cctv is almost 12pm. It takes 20 minutes or so to get there. Maybe ians car is the big clue after all? The cars in the common footage aren't identifiable. However if emma identified one as ians, that could be what she saw in faboys footage all along? I'd assume faboys footage was between the pub and roxys house. |

The timeline has to be the important thing. Did emma leave the pub as it was closing? |

Pubs generally open between 11.00 - 23.00 Monday to Saturday. The Tube shuts down before 0100. Night buses exists. Edited by North Korea, 3 Jan 2015, 13:00.

The pub shut at 23.10 so I guess we can assume faboys footage around then. Are the newspaper articles readable on a laptop (I'm on my phone) I think perhaps it must have something to do with the timeline of events. Someone's alibi must be disproved by fatboys footage and the later common cctv. |

18th April, Jane's car was at Masoods' hours before the murder. Fast forward to 1:22 min: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mjomBg-c2rA |

I'll have to re watch that whole episode. Janes car was outside masoods and ians was parked outside his. But Jane is putting her bags into masoods car (for their trip right?) that looks very much like ians car (apart from obviously not being an estate, but still long and silver with a roof rack. Edit: actually masoods is outside his, Janes is in front of ians Edited by Fehnder, 3 Jan 2015, 14:11.

If Emma worked out whodunnit, why wouldn't she call the police straight away, rather than waiting for the perpatrator to hand themselves in? |

So could easily take 5 minutes in a car. I still think that the thing that "wasn't there" is a car. Emma noticed that someone's car wasn't where it was supposed to be. |

Jane's car was there during the day but if it wasn't there when she claimed she was at Masood's and saw Lauren, the question is, where was it? I think Lauren is essentially telling the truth, she wanted to go and find Lucy to get a drink and thought better of it. She's an honest idiot but Jane giving her an alibi seems more like a case of Jane giving herself an alibi so no-one asks any questions about where she was. The only thing is that Emma said "you know" when Max asked her what wasn't there suggesting that she fully expected Max to know what she was referring to and, if it was Jane's car, how would Max know where that was? The only people Max would ever cover for are Lauren (not the killer, actress on maternity), Abi (maybe) and Stacey (impossible, was in prison). I can't see him covering for Jane, she being his ex wife's best mate is not a good enough reason for him to involve himself in a murder. Unless, Emma didn't realize she was talking to Max. She'd had a massive bleed on the brain, she was hugely disorientated and she was dying at the time she spoke to Max in the car. What if she thought she was speaking to someone else? |

She was, to coin a technical term, a numpty. Heart was in the right place, don't get me wrong, but her decision making was awful. |

Clues... Everyone was waiting for Lucy to head to a housewarming party, but she was nowhere to be seen. A number of people left voicemails on her phone: Cindy: Lucy you coming back tonight? I know I messed up just please don't be mad, text me. Lee: Lucy it's Lee, you not coming to this party? Anyway I hope you sort stuff out with your dad. Ian: Lucy it's me, your dad, I'm sorry… |
