Ooh Dean's got the royal stamp of disapproval from Queen Sharon.

"It'll do!" I get that you're re-marrying a wedding cake addict Jane, but come on, there's no need to get so overly romantic about it!

Stacey Slater's response to Shirley RE Dean was class! That will have rattled Shirl.

I really really don't care about Jane or Sonia, they aren't needed.

Poor Lola. Shirley was so harsh. These Dean and Lola scenes are so hinting at something more I think?

Shirley's starting to doubt Dean now, good.

"I never would've touched Linda if you hadn't messed with my head." Surely that will be a more of a lightbulb moment for her!

For the love of God, don't tell me they're going to get Sonia nicking prescription painkillers from the hospital for Tina. Please, please don't.

Good episode.
I actually think Mick is going to kill Dean this week with Shirley simply thinking he has left. And the Body being discovered say at Christmas.

Stacey's shut down of Shirley was absolutely brilliant. Boom. I think that's one that I'll watch again.

The Shirley & Lola scene angered me because I don't like seeing people being horrible to lovely Lola, and especially not Shirley, but it was actually a very clever scene. Lola, blonde, dressed in florals and pink - looking not at all dissimilar to Linda. For the first time Shirley was scared, scared because Lola is someone that Shirley genuinely cares about. Bit by bit, Shirley is coming round to the truth and it is brilliant to see!

I thought weddingdressgate was absolutely hilarious. I loved everyone telling her how dreadful she looked. I did like Jane and Sonia bonding over being Beale/Fowler women though. Sonia's shocked face when Jane said that Pauline wasn't mean was amazing.

It was actually quite nice to see the Carters without Mick. I've said for a long time that the Carters could function without anyone except Linda, and I think I'm right.

I really love Shabnam but it would be nice if she loosened up a little bit. Hopefully tomorrow's episode will do that.

Oh and Peter... ahem.... I loved Jacqueline Jossa dripping in maternity wear whilst he stripped off.

Okay. I'm bored of the rape storyline now. There's so much more they could be showing. Are the Beales still haunted by the music box? How's Ronnie? Does Denise still have a drinking problem? How is Kat feeling? Maybe it's because of the mood I'm in but I just wasn't feeling it tonight.

I hope not. Another killer would be ridiculous.

That was dull. Sonia was beyond irritating this episode and what on earth was the point of those Peter and Lauren scenes?

I'm bored of the rape storyline too. I do hope Linda gets justice and that Dean gets his comeuppance and that the SL helps real life victims in having the courage to speak out and seek help, but i'm more interested in other stuff like yourself.

I have a love/hate thing going on when it comes to Linda!

A convoluted way of drawing attention back to Emma's note.

To show the note still being there but also show how happy they are foreshadowing the events of the anniversary which will Cause them to split and her Maternity exit.

Oh yeah. Subtle seeing as everyone would probably have been focusing on Peter :P .

My husband - a notorious non-viewer of all things soap - asked me to call him over when the Peter Beale scene was on. He'd seen a preview pic online. :D

Not a bad episode, I thought... maybe a bit of a slow start of the week, but it was nice to see a bit more of Lola, and I enjoyed Stacey giving Shirley some much-needed food for thought.

Re-watch the Peter shirtless scene on mute. It helps......a lot. A lot.
