What's happened to Kat's new Harry story?
Is it over?
Or will it be the Kat and Alfie show once more, when the anniversary is over.

Totally love Jessie Wallace as Kat. There's nothing really to fix other than giving her a "front burner" storyline

I loved Kat and Alfie from the original introduction of both characters. I was so excited when I knew they were returning. I watch them now due to nostalgia and with hope that they will get better and be the Kat and Alfie we all knew and loved. I hope they get back together win the pools and move to Spain. They can come back for a cameo for the 40th.

For all her presence at the storylining conference (no male actors? really, Dominic?), I don't think either Kat or Alfie are top-drawer characters for this producer. They were neither his creations nor were they iconic characters still there and remembered from his youth.

Instead of giving them the same old same old, tarted up and painted, for the umpteenth time and try to con the viewing public into believing that the storyline is new, he should give them a happy ending and send them off.

Make her steer away from affairs for a very, very longtime, have her share the counselling duties with Stacy around the square lol!, she does great drama have Alfie or Tommy have a big health scare or even one of them being killed off around the corner, Play on her strength which in my opinion is her interactions with the Slater clan make her and Stacy as tight as the Mitchells, Whitney and her have good scenes have her take Whitney on or even recast Zoe this could really work with the right actress playing her if they could replace the actor who played Martin I don't see why they can't recast the role of Zoe.
