Could it possibly turn out to be Charlie Slater (since we havn't had a return date for him yet.)?
We don't even have confirmation he's returning. I'm thinking Derek Martin was running his mouth. Unless the return is something to do with Harry's historical sex offences and he's back after the anniversary.

The familiar face better not be Dean, I want the Carters to have little to no involvement during this week.
Too late for that-Mick is meant to be sharing a scene with Peggy.

I wonder will be aware of the live inserts before the episodes begin? For example, will there be 3 per episode - first scene, scene in the middle of the episode and cliffhanger scene? Anyone have any idea or like to guess?

Thanks Nick

The digiguide spoilers look great!

Why would Sonia be fuming if martin turned up? I'd guess rainie but she is confirmed to be in the anniversary week so why not just write her name?

We only know Ranie is in the flashback episode.
Maybe its Jake who returns through would Lauren or Max be fuming.
Depending on when Nick goes could it be Yvonne making Charlie fuming

The familiar face could be Nick, Phil or Richard Blackwood. Steven or Grant would be great though.

I think Nick will die on Friday 13th. The familiar face is surely Martin?

I thought that initially but after last night's episode i'm edging towards Zainab. I like her as a character but with the returns of Tanya and Christian i'm not sure we need anyone else from that era during anniversary week.

Sounds great.

I love how it could be about 10 characters that the 'familiar face' is!

I read a suggestion that Richard Blackwood might be playing Paul Trueman but I'm almost sure Patrick identified him so unless he made a mistake I can't see how it would be possible but its a theory I do like.

If they were bringing Paul back I think it would be Gary Beadle.

I hope the character surprises us and - shock horror - doesn't end up lumped in with all the other black characters. But I'm pretty sure he'll be Mr Hubbard.

Haha.

To be fair, he does have a likeness to Ray which was why my first thought was that he would be Kim's husband. I think it could be great. And I love the thought of Kim being married to a villain.

I guess I'm just curious as to why they aren't revealing who his character is. I wouldn't have thought Kim's husband warranted such a big secret entrance?

Plus Richard is being involved in a lot of the 30th stuff. He will be on Graham Norton with several of the other main cast which strikes me as slightly odd. Not to mention how his first scene will be in the very first live segment of the week. Seems like a lot of effort just for Kim.

A big Trueman/Fox story has been teased.
