Babe is back? I thought her scene with Mick telling her and Sylvie to get out was quite final. Great to have her back.

Is Mo not on a part-time contract? That night factor in it.

Mo has missed two live episodes now. Me thinks that's a personal choice by Laila.

Am I seeing this right? No Dot or Ronnie in the live episode on the Friday?

Thanks Nick

Was Mo in the 2012 live?

I imagine that Ronnie will still be in hospital at that stage and they can't be using the hospital set on the night for logistical reasons. Apparently Ronnie is in a live part of the flashback episode.

Dot's absence is a bit of a shocker but again I guess that's down to June Brown.

And let's be honest to ourselves, it could be for the best.

Mo was in the live sketch in 2012 but only as an ensemble role in the crowd I believe.

No Kim in the live episode.

No Kim in the live episode.
Probably for the same reason as Ronnie; they don't want to use the hospital set.

I was thinking that, paid per appearance isn't she? But then I'd assume that's what they do with the kids and a few of them are present.

I doubt they let actors choose whether or not they want to be in it, as Rita didn't seem like she wanted to do live again and she's in it.

Me neither. I don't quite know what to do with myself.

Just reading the detailed spoilers and it seems like Peggy's only back to see Dot... Erm, wtf? She better have some scenes with the Mitchells and not just with Mick and Dot. Peggy was never that friendly with Dot anyway... Nick dies and who is the first person Dot calls? Peggy Mitchell? I don't think so.

Edit: OK, just realised Peggy's there to give Dot a bollocking about Nick and the car crash. She better have some scenes with the Mitchells as well though.

Isn't it because of Phil being charged with a crime Nick committed, and Dot knowing about it? I'm assuming Peggy intends to rip Dot a new one, then when she sees how upset she is, they will have a heart to heart.
"I loved it in the Olden Days because you talked more. There’s more action now. You know, we would do scenes in the Rovers of me, Bet and Doris Speed with a cup of coffee each before we opened the pub, talking about absolute rubbish. But it was something, and it was what people do." - Betty Driver

I want to be more positive but I fear Peggy's return episode will be same old, same old. She'll return to her beloved Queen Vic, interact with Mick as pictured, have a heart-to-heart with Dot and probably have a scene with Phil and be off. I hope I'm wrong but there'll be so much going on with Live Week.

I'm 100% sure Dean some how dies in the live episode.

I wish they were able to get Babs back for a longer stint. A week even. The amount Peggy has missed and the obvious "Scenes we'd like to see" scenario with all the new faces and old friends. One episode isn't ever really going to be enough.

As much as having Peggy around for the 'Live Week' in a role is a exciting prospect I do feel sorry for the writers as the options are limited story wise for a single episode. Babs herself it seems would happily just pop in for one episode ever so often.

Pam would have been back for the whole week.

I'm so bitter.
