I can't decide at the moment, but think it is either Peter or Ian.

It's Max. I have no doubts whatsoever. I think Jake Wood was specifically given the Strictly opportunity so he wouldn't be known just as The One Who Killed Lucy. I think Max zeroed in on Emma and got into a relationship with her simply so he'd be close to the investigation. And I think the ripple effects of him being Lucy's murderer will have the most impact: Peter and Lauren will sadly admit that Max has single-handedly destroyed any chances of them being together, Peter will go off to New Zealand, Lauren will go off with mum to live somewhere else, Abi will go live with Carol and Max's businesses will be left to someone else-Stacey, perhaps?

I absolutely believe it's Max.

Just read on DS the cast now all know who the killer is; it was on the radio earlier.

Jake Wood said the killer won't find out until 30 mins before and apparently during the Graham Norton taping Woodyatt 'made it obvious' he knows (I have a feeling he may have known all along!!)

So different reports as to how/when the cast finds/found out!!

I'm now 99% sure it's Jane.
From seeing a Clip of the cast of Monday nights Graham Norton, I'm certain that Adam Woodyatt knows, I don't think the others that were with him know - Tish, Danny and Kellie.

Adam definitely knows, he didn't deny it on Graham's sofa. I'd say the rest of the Beales know too - Laurie, Ben and probably Hetti. And the killer of course…

OK, I'm going to make my guess.

Peter thinks that it's him, but Jane struck the killer blow.
Happy Christmas Ange.

Sticking to my guns.

Jane killed her AND moved the body to the Common.

Every theory so far includes someone killing Lucy and another character helping out/getting rid of the body. I thought I'd shake it up and put it out there that it is possible that it was the same person.

Jane's car anyone? ;)
Massive thanks to NickM for this wonderful signature! :)

Although I do think it's Jane (or Cindy), I'm still certain she had help - even with her car, she would have had to lift the body out of the house and put it in the car and then carry the body from the car onto the Common.

That's right. The expression "dead weight" wasn't coined for nowt. An inert person, no matter how slight they are, is a hefty weight to shift.

I think Jane did the deed and Peter helped cover it up.

I have already cast my final vote, but am starting to wonder, with heavy influence on it being a beale, maybe it will be Cindy after all

If it's Cindy, it will be so underwhelming. It was Jane who spooked Lauren out the most tonight.
