It absolutely will be underwhelming I think. But the focus is now so much on the beales. Unless Lauren is wrong it can't really be anyone else. And even if she is wrong she has to be close for the police to arrest someone based on emmas notes she's given them. I just worry that they're closing in on the beales so it will be a shock when it's someone else.

I don't know if this has been brought up but in the pictures that were released of the flashback ep- it shows Lucy in the Beale home and she is writing something whilst looking distressed. We then cut to her looking at someone off screen and we see the jewellery box so we can assume its the moment before she dies. Does anybody think she may have been writing a leaving/suicide note? Is it possible that the person was trying to stop her from overdosing and she died in the struggle?

If the police think it was Nick Cotton, just so another murderer can stay in Walford, I'll be really annoyed. Please don't let this happen.

Thanks Nick

Which is why I hope its Jane so she can leave the Square (though I don't think she intentionally killed her in cold blood) and Ian can moan about ANOTHER failed marriage while waiting a year for a divorce.
