I put I don't know because I am and I'm not. I'm looking forward to her hopefully having scenes with her family but I'm not looking forward to the inevitable screaming and shrieking! |

No, the Lisa/Phil flashback episodes in Portugal were entirely self-contained. It is the first time they've done a flashback episode to a period we've already partly seen though. |

I always thought that episode involved a scene in the present. Learn something new! |

The first one to integrate with events that we've already seen... I think. |

Personally I don't like these 'one' off appearances. If she has to come back I would prefer more of a commitment and at least three episodes minimum, otherwise it's just tokenism!

It appears Peggy has 3 scenes on Tuesday. 1 with Dot. 1 with Mick. And 1 live with Phil. |

If she does not have a substantial scene with Sharon, but does with Mick, there's something seriously wrong. |

Is that all she has?! Very disappointing especially as it seems a scene with Mick is taking precedence over Sharon, Her grandson Ben, and also Lola with Lexi. |

I think the scene with Mick is more about him being the new owner of The Vic. I think she'd have had the same scene with Alfie if he was in charge. |

Seeing Peggy getting thrown out of the vic for a fan wink over scenes with her daughter in law (huge backstory), grandson and other family members doesn't do it for me. And its naff all to do with it being a Carter I wouldn't care for it if it was anyone. But having a scene with Mick and one with Phil with no other Mitchells at all makes no sense. Fact is when Peggy returned how many were talking about how Sharon and Peggy were going to be. It was a given, we don't know how they will react when they see each other but it is always a good thing Babs and Tish work well together. Nobody was saying how will it be with Peggy and Mick. I am not against the scene with Mick as it were. I would be fine with it if she had a scene with Mick. But also Ben, Sharon at least hopefully other Mitchells too. I am against them having this over other thing. If they didn't have the time they should have just used Phil and nobody else. At least with him it makes some sense. But they did have the time and in my feeling wasted it on this. I am not keen on the fan service of getting thrown out of the vic as she used to do that, I would have done that as last on my list if I had the time not above many other things they could have done. Its very disappointing and again showing favouritism shame. Edited by Jade, 15 Feb 2015, 14:46.

Your approval is neither desired nor required. Julia Smith "We decided to go for a realistic, fairly outspoken type of drama which could encompass stories about homosexuality, rape, unemployment, racial prejudice, etc., in a believable context. Above all, we wanted realism". | |

I'm actually rather excited for Peggy's scene with Dot. Two icons and even though they were never that close, it makes sense for it to be a character like Peggy to share such an important moment for Dot. Babs knows how much EastEnders values her. I bet she has quite a few conditions for her to return. Edited by The Other Slater Cousin, 15 Feb 2015, 15:18.

I'm having this feeling her only exchange with Sharon will be as she leaves, telling her she is fit to be the new Mitchell Matriarch. And whilst this would be a fitting moment for the anniversary, it'd be a shame if there wasn't something bigger beforehand. Still secretly praying to see Peggy, Phil, Grant and Sharon together. |

No thanks, one of the most overrated characters in EE history. How she won the Lifetime achievement award is beyond me to be honest, she was there from 1994-2010 and was away for 3 years of them, yet no one from Emmerdale has won it, hell Nick Pickard has been on HO for longer. |

I really hope Nick Pickard gets a Lifetime Acheivement Award from the BSA's at some point, he is simply a Hollyoaks legend and i've grown up watching Tony Hutchinson since I was a teenager and now into a young adult. If they have the view he shouldn't get one just because he's from HO then that would be so wrong! |

I cant fathom how DTC only managed to score a one episode appearance from Babs, we could have done with three. The Mitchell family is in tatters and only holding together because of Sharon (barely). It wouldn't feel right with all that has gone on, that we get three scenes from Peggy and only one of them is with a Mitchell. |

Peggy and Sharon deserve scenes together. They have so much history together. I want Peggy to visit Ronnie and see her other family members. But I'm happy that Peggy and Phil will have a live scene. |
