I really rate both the character of Lauren and Jacqueline Jossa. I'll be disappointed if she doesn't return. |

Lindsey Coulson and Linda Henry are consistently good, especially when they get decent material. I'm hoping they are in the top 5! |

She's got a baby and a wedding to pay for - she's going to need the money now her thug of a fiancé has been sacked from TOWIE. I think it's safe to say Lauren will be back. |

19th 19: DAVOOD GHADAMI Average: 6.94 ![]() Highest Score: 9 (Solar1808, *Betty*, Blades' Receptionist, See You Slater) Lowest Score: 5 (MrSunshine, Jack1997, McFudd) Character Average: 6.52 Character Result: 14th A really strong result for someone so new to the show. I gave him a 7 but I think I would've stretched to an 8 or 9 if we were doing this now. He's shown a great range so far - the good, caring man who is likeable, and the absolute dick. And he's been great at both. The scene on the sofa with Shabnam where he told her about his wife's death was superb. I had already seen him in Doctors so I knew he was good, but he has surprised me by just how good he's been in EE so far. *Betty*: One of my fav additions recently. Solid actor, who is very natural. Feels like a real person. Jin: Natural. Blades' Receptionist: When Kush spoke about his wife, Davood was amazing. He's a great actor. MrJames: With the right storyline, I think he could be absolute fire. King Billy: Promising signs so far. MrSunshine: Hasn't done enough unfortunately. Seems promising though. TaintedRose: I think he could easily be one of EE’s leading men if given a chance. I hope he’s around for a while. See You Slater He has played a blinder so far, I'm impressed. Mr. Right: So far, so good. Zachary: He is definitely one to look out for! I didn't think he'd be good when I first saw him, I thought he was just going to be eye candy so EE have a chance of winning sexiest male (thank god it's gone). But he sure did prove me wrong, don't judge a book by it's cover Mitchells 42: Embodies Kush very well, one of the better new castings of the past few years. A hunk who can act. They're getting quite good at finding them these days. Mrs Peel: Easy on the eye and with noticeable acting range as well 18th 18: DANIELLE HAROLD Average: 7.08 ![]() Highest Score: 10 (Solar1808) Lowest Score: 4 (Daniel68, *Betty*) Character Average: 6.1 Character Result: 19th I do sometimes wonder if the Lola love is because people genuinely rate the actress/character, or if it's just that she's off screen so much that people just want to see something different. I struggle to be a Lola or Harold fan, I find her too shouty and unnatural. But, for someone who has made so few appearances lately, this is a great result, comfortably inside the top 20, and way ahead of some big names. Mitchells 42: It's been so long since she's had anything that I've almost forgotten, but she's succeeded in making Lola a very likeable character. Zachary: SOOOOOO UNDERUSED FFS WHY IS SHE LEAVING ![]() Mr. Right: Underrated and underused. TaintedRose: I don’t rate her half as much as others do, but she is fantastic. She made that ridiculous custody storyline watchable and it's a shame she didn't get more to do. Mrs Peel: Another actress who's criminally underused. Natural talent See You Slater: I always get the feeling she is playing herself, with the addition of a baby. *Betty*: I don't get the hype, has given some good scenes but inconsistent, and often looks bored. MrSunshine: That episode Lexi was taken away. Wow. Ever since? The next Rita Simons. Shout! Shout! Shout! Blades' Receptionist: When she's had the chance to shine, she's been brilliant. King Billy: I thought she was great in any of the major storylines she was given. |

Davood is a big surprise due to him being so new, but then again he is a great actor. |

Davood needs something massive. Potential there to be the next big leading man. As for Danielle, she's talented and she was so horrendously underused, but why is she this high up? She hasn't really even gotten a chance to act since Lexi was taken away. She's high up because she's an underdog and to an extent a victim of the current team, as opposed to her acting ability IMO. |
| "I loved it in the Olden Days because you talked more. There’s more action now. You know, we would do scenes in the Rovers of me, Bet and Doris Speed with a cup of coffee each before we opened the pub, talking about absolute rubbish. But it was something, and it was what people do." - Betty Driver | |

Letitia, Steve, Adam, Lindsey, Jake, Perry, Shane, Jessie, Diane, Lacey, Jamie, Laurie, Kellie, Linda, Rudolph, Nitin and Ann? Am I right? Such a stunning top seventeen. Delighted that Perry is still in there - SO deserved (although I think he will fall soon). |

Danielle Harold beat Jacq Jossa and Shona McGarty? I can't help but think her axing contributed to her placing a bit. |

And Danny Dyer, Mimi Keene, Matt di Angelo, Lorna Fitzgerald, June Brown, Rakhee Thakrar, Davood Ghadami amongst others. Extremely high placing, can't see it myself. |

17th 17: PERRY FENWICK Average: 7.11 ![]() Highest Score: 10 (Elle, Jade, Sey) Lowest Score: 3 (TaintedRose, McFudd) Character Average: 5.08 Character Result: 33rd This is a great result for an actor who plays largely a background character. As with Lola, I did wonder if the lack of usage of the actor contributed to the high placing, but Fenwick has put in some excellent performances down the years. This is an actor who I really would like to see more of; a big meaty storyline for Billy can't come soon enough. I don't ever recall being disappointed at a Perry Fenwick performance. weewoman: All Perry needs is some storylines to get his teeth into. Elle: Underrated. See You Slater: We never really get to see what Perry can do, but he’s okay. Jin: Consistent. Mitchells 42: Good, dependable actor who has been with the show a long time and can always been relied on for a good performance TaintedRose: Not a bad actor, per say, but I don’t think he can handle the heavier material they give him every 5 years or so.. MrJames: At his best? Absolutely amazing. I'm scoring him at his best. Cam: One of the strongest actors on the show, but never has the chance to prove it. MrSunshine: I don't get the Perry Fenwick love. He's not bad but he has a tendancy to overact. A bit similar to Nitin Ganatra actually. *Betty*: Never lets the side down. Reliable. Underused. Katie: I used to think he was one of the best actors, but I don't think he's been that great lately, although that would probably change if he was actually given more to do. Mr. Right: A man who’s capable of so much, yet receive so little material to work with. He could be a main player in the show if the bosses just let him. Blades' Receptionist: He's great, he just needs a storyline! Mrs Peel: Another one of the most underrated actors on the show. One who'll ALWAYS step up to the plate and deliver Zachary: Yeah he's good, but he hasn't been given anything great for ages. 16th 16: SHANE RICHIE Average: 7.42 ![]() Highest Score: 10 (Mitchells 42, Daniel68, Sey) Lowest Score: 0 (See You Slater) Character Average: 4.76 Character Result: 36th One of my all time favourites and a serious contender for my 11. Richie seems to get a lot of stick on here so I was pleasantly surprised for him to take 16th place, I didn't expect him to be so high, especially when his character only came 36th. No matter how annoying Alfie is, Shane Richie is always brilliant. Thinking of recent stories, the baby swap, the fire, Kat's suicide bid, his health scare and their exit. Awesome. I really, really hope he's back soon, I miss him a lot. Very strong actor. *Betty*: Alfie can be annoying, but Shane does nail the dramatics when needed. The baby swap was his moment. MrSunshine: Has the tendency to overact scenes but the writing for Alfie means that his cheesiness makes sense. Cam: Once he's given decent material, he's really strong. Better than Jessie. Mrs Peel: One of the strongest actors on the show when used properly. Unfortunately, he isn't TaintedRose: I’ve never really rated him up until recently. The spin off will either make him or break him for me. Shamelessness: Playing himself. Needs to tone it down. Mitchells 42: I've been converted. When he's given the chance, Richie steps up to the plate without fail. Jin: good at the serious stuff, annoying as a cheeky chappy Mr. Right: Perhaps the most frustrating actor on the show. Capable of so much yet plays himself far too often. Zachary: Not the best, but not the worst. Katie: He has the occasional scene where he's very good, but most of the time I find him annoying. Blades' Receptionist: Shane is great at dramatic scenes and good the rest of the time. See You Slater: Playing yourself doesn’t require any acting. MrJames: Great at his best, bloody dreadful at his worst. His good performances are enough for me to give him a good score. Edited by Daniel68, 5 Jul 2015, 10:31.
