If you could have one thing...; Demolishing old set

So, in reading about the new construction of the EE set-it made me think-

If you could have just one thing from the set over the years- what would it be and why?

For me- I like Carol's wallpaper inside her front door -the part that used to have ( does it still ?) crayon marks on it.
Ugly paper...but it seems realistic. Not very iconic though...
