I know, to be honest that's the only reason I remembered it, it's a difficult date to forget. |

Wishful thinking. Jamie Borthwick should be the leading young male.

Shame Dot didn't choke to death on her own bible quotes in prison. |

I have to agree that I haven't missed Dot at all, even though Nick Cotton's death plot was brilliant it was clearly partly-written to keep June Brown happy and to close the book on Nick for good. The prison story was obviously a way to give June Brown extended time off if nothing else. |

I really didn't miss Dot when she's away so I'm not looking forward to her full time return. |

I'm all about the ensemble but at the present moment in time, I wish EastEnders was just the Beales, Mitchells and Brannings. They're pure dynamite at the moment. 'Sharon takes matters into her own hands' has me signed, sealed and delivered. (It's also worth noting that despite a big week in the previous week, the Carters are on the backburner again. I don't want to jinx it but someone somewhere is working their magic.) |

Looks like we will be getting some Dot/Cora scenes. If they are anything like the scene Cora had with Dot in prison that should be great viewing. |

Although having said this, The Shabnam story (at least after tonight's ep from the brilliant Lauren Klee) appears to be carrying the show through for the time being. |
