I know that some people aren't looking forward to the Ramsgate episodes on Thursday and Friday but I think the episodes might be good or they might be bad but we shouldn't judge the episodes before. It seems like Eastenders can never win because the Carters haven't been dominating episodes this summer especially Mick, Linda, Nancy and Lee who are the best Carters IMO and it sounds like Lee's storyline will be back tonight, Thursday and Friday and Danny-Boy Hatchard is a good actor. Linda is a joy to watch. The Carters had to be at the forefront sometime and we knew from pictures at the start of June they were filming the Ramsgate stuff. |

The problem isn't that the Carters are coming back on screen. Yes, indeed, they have had a very quiet summer. The problem is that the episodes are shifting away from the Masood-Kazemis all too quickly. Block storytelling again. |

Spot on Matt. I have no problem with the Carter's in small doses but I think they should have stayed with the Shabnam and Kush story, to see more of the reactions to the still birth and how The couple cope and how it affects the family before switching gears to a completely different type of story. The Carter's have had a lot of screen time this year so it would have been nice to focus on the Masoods who are one of the best families on the square in my opinion and certainly deserve their time at the centre of the show. |

Mormon Girl says the episodes could be good OR bad and we should wait and see. |

I'm really only interested in the core family of Mick, Linda, Nancy and Lee. Shirley works far better away from that group and I quite like her and Buster together. Don't really care what Aunt Babe's secret is if I'm honest, she's odious and I don't like that she's reappearing. |

I'm going to pretend I didn't see that. Babe is love. Babe is life. |

Agreed. I can't wait to see Babe again. It's been way too long. |

They'd be better going to Switzerland instead. |
