[IMDB=]Emmerdale[/IMDB]

Just thought I'd set up the Emmerdale thread. :)

Loving the show at the minute. Enjoying Ross (for more than appropriate reasons) lol :O

Charlie Hardwick and Chris Chittell were both superb in last night's episode. Great to see Val and Pollard getting a big story in their own right, and they've balanced it out with some slightly dark humour as well.

I don't 'watch' Emmerdale, except for glances when I visit my relatives (I'm the only EE in a flock of Emmerdales!). I must say that I enjoy Cain Dingle scenes, and I honestly never thought I'd actually like the character until I saw him with Moira :)

I really do think Moira has changed him...for the better too! He seems to think and speak more than inflict physical violence on others at the slightest provocation :)

Pete and Debbie? Did not expect that. I thought TPTB were going to pair her up with Ross and Pete with Priya. Shows you what I know. What happens now with a potential significant other for Ross?

Am I alone in wanting to bitch-slap Pria whenever she appears on screen?

I think Val's HIV storyline is being pulled off very well :)

I'm behind in my soap watching so just watched Gemma's death episode. Great performances by most involved. That Belle is quite good. Even Dom, who I'm not a great fan of, don't seem that bad. And of course Zak pulls at the heartstrings always. Looking forward to seeing how this plays out.

Val/Eric/Diane still great.

Intrigued about the possible Declan/Finn potential.

Need more Ross.

I love how dramatic Valerie is.

"They talked about people like you at my support group. Bigots!"
"Call me what you like."
"TART!"

Jason Merrils is retreading his Queer As Folk days, which is very entertaining to see. Meanwhile, I am head over heels in love with Ross.

Ross really is the best. I love when he and Cain have scenes together.

Cannot stand Princess Priya.

I am glad Donna has returned. One legacy character she is in my book, having first appeared in 1993. Eric Pollard is the only one who was around in the 1980s that is around today.

Excellent stuff from Eden Taylor-Draper and Steve Halliwell tonight. I've always been a fan of Eden and story has given us some of her best work to date.

Came here to say just this. Eden is just as good, if not better than some adult actors in soap. Definitely the best I have seen her this evening, and she was already very good.
